We do not own the vehicles shown on the website unless clearly stated otherwise. The rental agreement is concluded directly between the customer and the selected rental company.
Our platform allows customers to book vehicles with convenient conditions, including options such as no deposit, no credit card, unlimited mileage, and free cancellation, depending on the supplier and the selected offer.
2. Booking Process
To book a car through RosCar Dominican Republic, the customer must select the pick up location, drop off location, rental dates, and preferred vehicle type. During the booking process, the customer may also choose additional options, including no deposit, no credit card, insurance, child car seat, and other available extras.
To complete the reservation, the customer must provide accurate contact details and driver information. A prepayment of 15% to 20% is usually required to confirm the booking. After the booking is completed, the customer will receive a voucher by email with the reservation details, pick up instructions, and the contact information of the rental company.
3. Pick Up and Delivery
Rental cars may be available for pick up at the airport, in the city, or by delivery to a hotel or another agreed location, depending on the terms of the selected rental company. Availability of delivery services may vary by location, vehicle type, and supplier conditions.
The customer is responsible for arriving at the agreed place and time for vehicle collection or delivery. Delays may affect the booking and may lead to additional charges or cancellation according to the supplier’s policy.
4. Rental Conditions
Each rental offer on RosCar Dominican Republic is subject to the specific terms of the selected rental company. These conditions may include age requirements, driving experience, accepted payment methods, mileage policy, insurance coverage, fuel policy, cancellation rules, and deposit requirements.
Customers must carefully review the rental conditions before confirming the booking. Offers marked as no deposit, no credit card, unlimited mileage, or free cancellation are available only when provided by the selected supplier and under the stated terms.
5. Payments
The initial booking confirmation usually requires a prepayment of 15% to 20% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance is generally paid directly to the rental company at the time of vehicle pick up or delivery, according to the conditions of the selected offer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for reading the voucher, following the pick up instructions, and complying with the rental company’s rules.
The customer is also responsible for the proper use of the vehicle during the rental period and for returning the car according to the agreed conditions.
7. Changes and Cancellation
Some bookings may include free cancellation, depending on the selected offer and supplier policy. Any cancellation or modification request must be made according to the conditions shown at the time of booking.
If free cancellation is available, the customer must submit the request within the allowed period. In other cases, cancellation fees or prepayment losses may apply. RosCar Dominican Republic is not responsible for supplier charges related to late cancellation, no show, or booking changes made outside the permitted conditions.
8. Insurance and Extra Options
Customers may be able to add extra services and protections during the booking process, such as insurance, full coverage, child car seat, additional driver, GPS, and other extras. The availability of these options depends on the rental company and the selected vehicle.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review what is included in the booking and what may require additional payment at pick up.
9. Limitation of Liability
RosCar Dominican Republic acts only as an intermediary platform between the customer and the rental company. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, vehicle quality, delivery performance, pricing changes, insurance disputes, or service issues of third party suppliers.
While we make reasonable efforts to present accurate and updated information, we do not guarantee that all website content, prices, vehicle availability, or rental conditions are always complete, current, or error free.
10. Voucher and Supplier Communication
After a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a voucher by email. This voucher includes important reservation details, instructions for car collection, and the contact details of the rental company. The customer must present the voucher and required documents when collecting the vehicle.

11. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and only to make legitimate booking requests for yourself or on behalf of another person whom you are authorized to represent. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
